Moove Copilot

The Moove Copilot app is available for internal use by Moove's Operations Teams in multiple regions including UK, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, and India. The app provides a one-stop solution for Operations Teams, allowing them to manage vehicles, drivers and plans, assign or un-assign drivers, register new vehicles via single or bulk upload, and access vehicles’ live location and Service, Maintenance, and Repair (SMR) as well as telematics data.

The tool aims to replace all of the different and sometimes overlapping legacy systems with a one-stop Operations management tool built with Retool. Development with Retool provided a very quick and iterative process allowing the engineering team to ship the feature-rich MVP in a very short amount of time.

I was in charge of conducting rigorous planning and testing of the Retool capabilities as well as technical demo walkthroughs for both engineers and non-engineering SLTs and other teams. I have provided many different proof of concept demos that were then used as a reference point to build out the MVP features.
